Punch Buggy is a game. It's played either watching cars go by from the playground, or more commonly, when sitting in the back seat of a car driving somewhere. Whenever a VW Beetle either drove past or was passed by your car, you'd yell 'Punch Buggy!' and punch the person sitting next to you. I have no idea how this originated. Used from as far back as I can remember.
