Surreal and rather violent game of Rugby played often with more than one ball. Involved basically kicking the shit out of everyone and everything. Was usually played on a football pitch to add to the confusion!

All we've been told about this is that someone once went down to London and passed throught Rugeley station. Further down they would have passed through Rugby station so I can only assume the similarity is from there.
